So I'm curious, in your experience, what you've seen in terms of AI implementation, what's happening, what's working, what's failing, and how that kind of works within the government systems.

It's really been a fascinating couple of years to watch.

Let me pull back a second and say, for years at Pega, I've been really fortunate to have a team and some amazing transformation happening across Australia and New Zealand.

And whenever I would go there, I would always say it was like a look five years into the future about how transformation was going to happen in the rest of the world.

And theories about that, it's the GDP and the size of government and everything else.

It can move rapidly.

They also have this really interesting ability culturally to come in and out of professional into government and back again.

How do those things, is it just about like providing that same workflow the way it's always been done to the AI tool to give it, is that good enough or it's a process of redesigning?
