Dory Funk

Like a lot of the hustle, you know, and a lot of the hullabaloo was Ballyhoo was born in Texas.

So I'm sure Paul Bosch saw somebody do it and, you know, saw Dory Funk Sr. do it in 1960.

Dory Funk, like me

ass.

The Funk family of Texas has produced a series of rough-and-tumble customers for many, many years.

Dory Funk Sr., Dory Funk Jr., known as Hoss, Terrible Terry, but I don't think there's ever been anybody quite like the cousin, Jimmy Jack Funk.

The man walks around with a hangman's noose.

He wears a mask in the ring and come to think of it, everywhere else.

But it's just amazing how many times Jack Kane's name has come up in the last year.

Of course, I'm trying to finish up this Dory Funk Sr. book.

And every time I get close to the end, I get a new piece of information and I'm like, oh, I got to put that in there.

Sure.

But yeah, he was the Sheik's booker for a number of years.

He came in from Texas, I think, in 67.

For people who don't know, Jack was Dory Funk Sr.'s brother-in-law.

And he was married to Dory Funk senior.
