Dorking Wanderers F.C.

Yeah.

I think they have to switch places with Dorking Wanderers.

Ooh.

Give up their trophies to the Dorking Wanderers?

Uh-huh.

Ooh, there you go.

They interviewed a guy on TalkSport.

who's changed his name by deed poll, he's now called Keith Dorking Wanderers FC Thrip.

I mean, I'll be honest with you, what a knob, right? And you know how long he's been a fan of Dorking Wanderers FC? One season.

He's been a fan for one season and he's changed his name by deed poll to Keith Dorking Wanderers FC Thrip.

Amazing, amazing.

Amazing, but you've got to question...

That's a, that's the biggest PR stunt I've ever seen.

Dorking Wanderers all the way, mate.

Whatever it is, it's not a new club.

Dorking Wanderers all the way.

Do you know what I mean? So, uh, I think I almost look at it like in football terms that if you became a millionaire or a billionaire and you wanted to go and buy a club, you're not gonna start from scratch.

And-

Midfielder Ronan Silver joined the club from Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Niall McManus signed from Dorking Wanderers.

He's been out injured so far this season.

Marco Hague signed for the Hornets on the eve of the season, having played most recently for Hanworth Villa, and he's a graduate of the Kingstonian youth system.

This is 442.com, the big old football website, by Mark White.

Not the Dorking Wanderers gaffer, I don't think.

Chelsea talks for Rayanne Cherky revealed as Manchester City exodus looms.

Report.

The one ball remaining.

Number 18, Dorking Wanderers.

There we are.

Down the road from us.

Sholing take on SE Dons.

We'll hear from them next on Talksport.

It's Plymouth Parkway versus Chertsey Town, and Dover Athletic versus Dorking Wanderers.

A reminder that these games go ahead the weekend of Saturday the 17th of October.

Yeah, absolutely.

Uh, a complete contrast, on our very Friday show, uh, story rather, we had, uh, a guy who's [laughs] changed his name to Keith Dorking Wanderers, [laughs] which is really bad.

Yeah.

The, the Dorking Wanderers super fan from Portsmouth.

Yeah.

[laughs] At least only supported them for a year.

There has also been, away from the serious litigation involving the Manchester City case-

[laughs]

And, oh, the, the list just went on and on.

And even, um, even, even Dorking Wanderers, you think, "Okay, at home to Step 4, Step 4 Southall." Southall game, a hell of a game on, on, on Sunday.

Ended up scoring four goals at, at Meadowbank, Meadowbank.

Uh, leading 4-3, um, in, in extra time, and, uh, Dorking eventually coming away with a 5-4 win and got the scare of their lives there by, uh, by Southall.

I mean, sometimes I forget sometimes.

But, and then afterwards, the last friendly game against Dorking Wanderers with a 5-0 win.

So high five for that.

And the preseason has been really good with oppressive wins against, as I mentioned, Ellsford, Millwall and Dorking, despite knowing how tough the Dons and Pompey would be.
