start Afchicks? Afchicks started in 2004.

Wow.

And it was... really prompted by the fact that I didn't find any females making job applications where I worked at the time, including people seeking internships.

And so it brought me to the realization there were very few women taking on degrees in computer science and IT generally at the universities.

And I hadn't noticed this all this time.

And so what I thought would have been good is to go back to high schools and say, hey, if you are, you know, kind of picking up your points very well on certain course subjects, this might be a really good career for you because it promises a very good future.

But what is it you want them to know now that you wish you knew and you could give that advice? Like, not a do's and don'ts, because that's very lecturing, right? But in a, I've noticed this, how about we do that?
