Today, we welcome back to our studio the rapper, singer, and songwriter Dessa.

She's a longtime member of Minneapolis' influential hip-hop Doomtree collective.

She's also toured and recorded with orchestras and been artist in residence at The Greene Space, our ground floor performance venue here in New York.

But Dessa is also a writer, a poet, and a keen observer of the fun and games going on all around us.
