Donna Miller

One of the things that I've been asking a lot in talking to people, uh, last, last Friday I was honored to have, uh, three of our congressional Democratic candidates here in studio.

Uh, LaShawn Ford, Donna Miller, and Patty Garcia are all running for Congress here in, in, um, the greater Chicagoland area.

Great candidates.

They've got tons of experience in local politics here in, in the state.

And then in the seven o'clock hour, we have what we are referring to as our in-studio town hall.

And what does that mean? We will have in studio with us Commissioner Donna Miller, um, Professor Dr.

Anna Garcia, and, um, Illinois State Rep LaShawn Ford.

Now, that's their current title.

So if you're in Phoenix or if you're in Portland or Oregon or Portland, Maine, or if you are in, uh, Miami or if you are in Houston, they are going to be part of a team of people that will hopefully put us back on track as a country and get us-- get a reset to the craziness that's been happening, frankly, not just the last two, two years, but the last, um, ten years.

And so, um, love to hear from you guys and, uh, the guys will grab your calls and we'll get you on as best we can so that you can talk directly to, uh, the candidates that are running.

So we have a little bit of our own in-studio live town hall this morning featuring Donna Miller, Anna Garcia...

I'm sorry, wanted to call Anna Garcia-- Patty Garcia and, uh, LaShawn Ford.

She'll be part of a panel here in studio.

Donna Miller will be with us as well.

So I'm really looking forward to having the two of them joining us, as well as LaShawn Ford will also be joining us.

So we've got a three-person panel tomorrow.

Tune in YouTube and Facebook.

And as I said, tomorrow [smacks lips] uh, our good friend Karen Byrne from True Blue Politics pod-podcast will be giving us a call, and we will have in studio three Illinois House congressional candidates.

Uh, Donna Miller, Patty Garcia, and LaShawn Ford will be joining us.

So make sure you're checking out our broadcast and be, um, ready for calls.

Democratic candidate for Illinois Comptroller, and Heather Williams, president of the Democratic Legislative Campaign.

And on Friday, be sure to tune in because I'll be welcoming in congressional candidates Donna Miller, Patty Garcia, and LaShawn Ford for an in-studio town hall conversation.

Please tune in and pass that on to the folks that you know.

We'll remind you about that a little bit later in the show.

Make sure to tune in for the rest of the week.

I'll be talking with congressional candidates Donna Miller, Patty Garcia, LaShawn Ford for an in-studio town hall style conversation.

You want to be part of that on this coming Friday.

So we're looking forward to having those three in studio with us.

Donna Miller, Patty Garcia and LaShawn Ford.

So there you go.

That's what's happening here at WCPT, what's going on the next couple of days.
