Donkey Kong Country 2

this actually brings me to bad puns.

How do we feel about puns and titles? Because I didn't have a lot of, I want to shout out, my favorite pun title is Diddy's Kong Quest, because it can also be Diddy Kong's Quest.

It's so perfect.

I think about it all the time when I just want to make my brain happy.

The games that I really wanted that aren't on this list are Donkey Kong Country 2 and Turtles in Time.

I've always wanted to play this game.

I remember seeing it advertised all the time in Nintendo Power, and I was intrigued and interested, but it also came out around the time when other games were coming out that I either had to own, like Chrono Trigger or Yoshi's Island or Donkey Kong Country 2.

Mm-hmm.

Or games that I really desperately wanted but didn't end up getting until much later like Castlevania Dracula X.

And yeah, I'm not one to talk.

I didn't like Donkey Kong Country 2 as much because they changed the characters.

That's how affected by change I am.

So I definitely get it here.

I can't believe that it's not on the top 100.

Donkey Kong Country 2 would be the other one, and I feel good about those.

Those to me are the ones that I'm like, oh, my God.

How are they not

If I'm given a choice between that and Banjo-Kazooie, I'm going to play Banjo-Kazooie.

If I'm given a choice between that and, like, Donkey Kong Country 2, Diddy's Conquest, I'm going to play Diddy's Conquest, like, immediately.

Like, no hesitation choice.

So, like, that being the, you know, I don't know if any others come up above it.

Crazy Kremlin, the one with the amusement park vibes to it.

it's got a mix of like, you know, because it does have some remnants of the Kremkway world before it.

Um, so i spoke with them about the first game and they told me a lot about acm and how the develop the development of the characters were were done it's all in the video if anybody's interested i'm not going to go into it but um it's it's really cool and that's one of the things i never asked either of them about specifically because i was curious i was like oh you know like what you know, like, what's the deal with that? Why are these worlds, why are these levels in these worlds, like, off? Like, they seem like they're in the wrong place, but, you know, that's, I guess maybe I'll have to hit up Kevin Bayless and be like, hey, I got a question, so...

I mean, even the ones that, like, even if they're not all, like, some of them, like, for example, you know, I have a long play going on in the background just, you know, for visual inspiration as we're going.

But, like, I'm in the section for Crazy Kremlin, and there's, like, it's always weird when they add, like, you know, the Bramble levels or the Honeycomb levels because it doesn't always fit with the theme of the world that it's in.

like i feel like it would make more sense to have like a b world or like a bramble but those levels are i i genuinely think like the honeycomb levels and the bramble levels are some of the harder levels in the game oh yeah from my memory they're they're very challenging
