Ken Block has no idea how the state government really works.

He's recycling rhetoric from years past that never worked when it was Don Carcieri's idea.

And just because Ken Block or Aaron Gookin wanna repackage those ideas, that doesn't mean they're gonna have any more success.

Helena Foulkes' campaign, however, and the things that she's telling us that she wants to do, are the things that matter to the members I represent.

The facts don't bear that out.

He wants to talk about looking at state government and re-engineering it.

That's another way of saying he wants to do another big audit that Don Carcieri did that nearly broke state government.

And the thousands of members that I represent are still dealing with the aftershocks of the Carcieri years.
