How you doing today, Gov?

I am great.

There, only 9% of married couple households were involved in a divorce filing in 2025.

Former Alabama governor and federal inmate Don Siegelman who has maintained his innocence after a 2006 bribery conviction, says he's going to, quote, tell the full story, reports AL.com's Hannah Denham.

He said, I'm finally going to do it.

Now, he was the last Democrat to serve as the state's governor, and he published the political memoir Stealing Our Democracy, How the Political Assassination of a Governor Threatens Our Nation back in 2020.

How you doing today, Gov?

I'm good.

But while he was governor, the US Department of Justice launched multiple investigations that went on year after year until finally a jury convicted Siegelman of bribery.

Now, many Democrats and Republicans have become suspicious of the Justice Department's motivations.

52 former state attorneys general have asked Congress to investigate whether the prosecution of Don Siegelman was pursued not because of a crime, but because of politics.

10 years ago, life was good for Don Siegelman.

Fantastic.

That's absolutely real.

You know, they go after everybody.

I mean, they have the full leverage, you know, on the indictment, on the indictment, it says Don Siegelman versus the United States of America.

I mean, just right there, it's daunting.
