And I saw that in Les Sables there was one Class Globe 580 boat, and I asked the race organizer, Don McIntyre, what is that boat and then he started to telling that there's a this this race and the race was uh very new uh for that moment uh so he started to telling telling like uh what like what's the idea of this whole whole um race and i was like okay that's pretty fun and And there was one night when I was sitting in Don's boat, Trekka 1, in the middle of the night.

And I was thinking that this is a very nice idea to build a boat and cross the Atlantic.

So immediately when I went back to Finland I bought the plans.
