What are the lessons that you have learned as a small community going through some of these changes and adaptations? And how do you see it impacting the residents?

Well, in truth, we're still a community that's in the building phase.

We're just a little over halfway now and got at least another year to year and a half of construction time happening.

The positive thing is that most of the heavy lift infrastructure, large projects, truck traffic is going to slow down now because it's the internal work.

It's all of those sorts of things.

And so there's not going to be, so that's going to be one of the relief of the stresses that we've faced.

You know, over the last three plus years, very heavy truck traffic.
