Don Elkins

So where did this information really come from? A higher intelligence? The subconscious mind? Or three people creating an extraordinarily elaborate spiritual philosophy without realizing it? The story centers around three people.

Don Elkins, a physicist and airline pilot who had spent years investigating UFOs and paranormal phenomena.

Carla Rueckert, who had been experimenting with channeling.

And Jim McCarty, who joined them shortly before the Ross sessions began.

It identified itself simply as Ra.

The group began asking raw questions while Carla remained unconscious.

Don Elkins served as the primary questioner, and over the next few years they conducted more than a hundred sessions.

Those conversations became the books originally published as the raw material, and later widely known as the Law of One.

And also, you know, a first responder, EMT sort of character.

But David became fascinated with the Law of One book series by Don Elkins in 1996.

It's all about past lives, finding the one true love of your life.

I don't know what any of that bullshit's about.

I don't care about that stuff.

In 1997, he believed himself to be the reincarnation of Edgar Cayce, a famous telepathic paranormal genius who could read a room and start, you know, he was a psychic, a very famous psychic, Mr. Edgar Cayce.
