Trees really looks after us, and they're one of the very few festivals that gives us the level of access where if we're feeling burnt out in the day because of speaking to 100 people, we can dip into, like, the backstage area, which we don't really- we don't show that on camera, but it is a real thing that, that we have to do.

You know what? Download, we'll meet, like, 1,000 people over the course of the weekend, and there's absolutely nowhere for us to get away from that.

talking so I mean like at the back end of it like a big influence for me was the most recent like Don Broco record just because I know they've transitioned to seven strings on certain bits, but just bangers and just riffs.

And I was like, this is just energy and this is the vibe that I'm looking for on that one.

I mean, in terms of writing in general, Paramore has always been a massive influence to me in terms of songwriting and just the overall energy from...

Yeah, that's why I talk about like, um, when we were talking about, like, who could possibly.

Like Don Broco potentially be given a headline slot.

That would be a new blood headliner.

We, I, I think a progressive one, especially if they wanna take a...

They did The Crowd and it was amazing and I wished I was in that crowd for them 'cause I caught the end of their set.

Don Broco as a headliner would be massive progressive, massive leap of faith.

And it was like, okay, just take the risk with them.

You couldn't have booked Interpol at any of those festivals, I don't think.

Um, you've got festivals like Bloo- you know, Bloodstock is a pure metal festival, and God love it for that, right? But there is been really no festival that fits the bill that, you know, you might go, "Well, what about 2000 Trees?" If 2000 Trees are booking, you know, with all due respect to them, if they're booking Alexisonfire and Don Broco and, um, Alkaline Trio as their headliners, they're, they're not-- it's not as big.

It's just not as big, is it? Like, it's not as many people.

It's not sizable in the same way.

I, uh, yeah.

And then my outside pick, and I think they are there, and I genuinely think they could do it, is Don Broco.

Uh, couple dates are sold out, like they always do in the certain areas.

I mean, uh, like in an ideal world, 100% weekend tickets, only weeken-weekend tickets.

But having said that, if you look at like a Don Broco or a Primus, it is nice to get new people in.

People really love our festivals.

If they come once, they're coming back.
