Perched on Dominican Hill in Banguio City, the building began as a Dominican retreat house in 1915.

During World War II, it became the site of brutal massacres.

Japanese forces killed priests, nuns, refugees, and civilians inside its halls.

After the war, it was converted into the Diplomat Hotel, run by faith healer Tony Agpioa until his death in 1987.

The hotel shut down soon after, leaving behind a hollow concrete shell overlooking the city.

Reporting sightings and hauntings include headless apparitions, the most famous phenomena happening here.
