But you've given all these people who are just, just in this mire of work something super powerful, but not enabled or activated them.

The challenge I gave a CEO the other week was, "I think you've invested heavily in technology systems integration.

You've got the best of breed of all the things.

What are some of the other big problems that you are seeing out there, like, with the human side of, of these tech transformations?

How do we reduce bot sitting? Like, what have you found in your life, Dom?

The first task is get fit for purpose first, in a low-fidelity, simplest, like, pen and paper, right? So if I think, like, I had a sparring session this morning with one, one of my colleagues.

It was pen and paper, low-fidelity sparring first.

We then used AI to accelerate our thinking, and we've then come back and done a higher fidelity riff on that to refine it and make sure it's exactly fit for purpose.

The acceleration in the middle, that would've taken weeks.

The research and, and the, the fidelity it helped us get to was in a record time.

We would've got there anyway, but it's accelerated our path there, so we got quicker time to value.
