We do need to see more numbers from Buonanni and Minsu and Gassama, obviously, but they are adding in other ways, and Buonanni in particular is played out like that.

He was the one guy on Saturday who thought, give the ball to him and he'll make something happen, either for himself in a couple of attempts, came close, Kepa pulled off a couple of saves, or he could potentially make something for someone else.

Ironically, it came from the other side, obviously Penrice getting the assist, but Boonani was a real, real threat throughout the whole game and hopefully he can add those numbers.

We made changes, Daniel come on, Penrith moved into left-back, that came on for Romans.

Gassama came on for Minsu as well.

As you see, the game stretched, long balls over the top seemed to be catching out because we were committing too many men forward and as you said earlier about the deflected goal, that I think it was Nisbet that had the chance.

The players that play, play because they're showing their merit to.

You know, Gassama has been in and out a little bit recently because he has not been hitting the heights that we want of him.

He's not contributing, unlike Minzu, because I have seen, I can't remember who it was in the chat, I think it was Tomo, talked about, oh, Gassama's been getting it in the neck and Minzu's not.

Yeah, absolutely, I did anticipate a cagey affair before the game, you know what they say, a blind squirrel finds a nut, because I said Winswood's find a goal, and my predictions this season haven't particularly been brilliant, so do you know what, for me, Kenny, I just stopped doing anything, absolutely lit the game up for everyone's perspective, I thought in a game that lacked quality and composure, every time he was supplied the ball, I thought he just looked so dangerous throughout the full game.

and for me he was probably the catalyst that sparked a 20-minute spell in the second half, but Rangers were excellent, he has that chance that's saved by a combination, I think it was either Moore's leg or Nicky Devlin off the line, and then for the next 10-15 minutes Rangers have about six corners, they have a Gassama chance, they have an Adiri chance, for that spell in the game they were excellent, and then Aberdeen sort of grew into it again, they had a couple of half chances with with Kevin Nisbet down the other end but no Ryan Nadiri he's just a man that's completely transformed this season not only has complimenting that work ethic that's always been there but the goals and the effectiveness at the top end of the pitch and it's that man again that comes up with the goods At first I think a lot of

people had a lot of convincing to be done in terms that he was a Rangers quality player but he is starting to find his way, he's now a key part of Derek McInnes' side

Yeah absolutely and I think he's absolutely thriving off playing as a strike partnership when he played as a lone striker on a couple of occasions last season, for me, he's someone that likes to run the channels a lot, he likes to come deep to try and link the play, and he's always had an abundance of energy and work ethic, but with Kevin Kelsey alongside him, who's equally willing to do the type of runs, it allows Ryan Nadiri to play in between the goal frames and start to score strikers' goals.

I didn't think Rangers were going to break us down.

I thought we were really well organised and disciplined.

And as I say, they've got key players and come on and change the game for them when you're bringing Gassama on.

It's, you know, it's a level of quality.
