Divinity: Original Sin

is, it's like, there are a lot of companies, and even Larian, which I have a lot of respect for Larian.

Both the games are fucking phenomenal.

I love Baldur's Gate 3.

And what I've realized is I think Larian has spoiled me a little bit on Tactics.

like between Divinity Original Sin and Baldur's Gate 3 dude I like those are incredibly deep freeform like tactical games and I'm playing this and I'm like I get ran up on by a melee dude or like I'm in range of a melee dude and I'm like wait am I gonna take a like a opportunity attack if I try to like run away from him

so you're saying i'm just gonna go get in my cover and post baldur's gate three world well i mean

but it's not just dnd it's that like larian made it like incredibly like free form and like uh you know jazzy you can kind of do what you want to play with elements and like and like cause chain reactions

just so good.

Have you played Divinity Original Sin?

Yeah, I've played some of that stuff.

I know that's leading up to where they got to with Baldur's Gate 3.

But you can, you know, if you play with others and you work together and you plan, then, you know, you're, it's you're not locked out of it.

You know, like, um, a- I, I always love that sort of stuff in games, like when you have a, you know, i- it's, um, your, your Baldur's Gate 3 and, uh, Divinity: Original Sin, you know.

You're exploring the environment and you're like, "Oh, well, I, you know, I've got these three party members and we can do these three things out of these seven, eight, nine things, you know, well enough to, to do all of this." But, you know, you're not gonna be able to open this door.

You're not gonna be able to explore this environment.

And if you want recommendations, I recommend like RPG style games where you can actively see each other on the screen all the time kind of thing.

Like, um, like I've done like Divinity Original Sin long distance with friends or relationships I've done like, or like Baldur's Gate.

That game is very good for that kind of stuff.

I feel like, um, World of Warcraft if you want to go really hard, but you'll be spending all your time together if you do that.
