And there are some DVC rooms there too in a tower section called Bay Lake Tower.

you can walk from the Contemporary over to the Magic Kingdom, and you do have access to a boat that will take you over to Fort Wilderness Campground, where you can visit the Hoop-Dee-Doo Review if you want, and that is a dinner theater performance, or you can take the boat over to the Wilderness Lodge.

There are several table service options at the Contemporary, including character dining at chef mickey's and you'll also have access to california grill steakhouse 71 if you're dvc you'll have access to top of the world lounge if you have that blue card membership so there are a lot of great things about the contemporary the last of the magic kingdom resorts and the one that is not on the monorail is wilderness lodge and It's rustic, it's homey, and it really gives you that feel of being away from everything.

The trees are pine trees, and you just feel a million miles away from Florida and a million miles away from the Magic Kingdom, even though you are a short seven-minute boat ride away.

You can always rent a camper to rent for use on the campgrounds if you want, but I think a lot of people who stay there actually own their campers.

Who knows? They also have cabins that you can stay in there, and those recently became DVC cabins.

I haven't had a chance to stay at the campgrounds or Fort Wilderness cabins, but the one thing I've gathered from my research and from talking to people like my friend Kate, who stayed, is that you really want to rent a golf cart if you're staying at the Fort Wilderness campgrounds or at the cabins.

It will just make your life so much easier to get around.

Actually, what happened to us, and this was what I'm told from the minivan driver later that night, there's a bunch of construction right now.

So normally you can just take the Uber to the camp wilderness, but it brought us to the wilderness lodge.

But they wouldn't let us get in because we didn't have a reservation at the wilderness lodge.

So the Uber driver then had to bring us over.

To Camp Wilderness.

But according to the mini driver, the minivan driver later that night, this has been happening like every day because there's some construction going on down there.

So just FYI, like even if you put in Camp Wilderness into Uber, like our driver was just incredibly generous and like did not just leave us.
