Check out what is going on at Communicore Hall because it is usually, especially for Festival of the Arts, really cool.

Um, I think my favorite exhibit I've seen so far, they, they've done Disney on Broadway.

So the last couple festivals, Disney on Broadway has just gone all out.

I mean, you can see amazing costumes, um, from their different productions around the world.

Um, you can see, uh, pieces of sets and, and, and props and things from shows like The Lion King on Broadway.

It's kind of a structure that Mary Rogers gave us of seeing life literally through someone else's eyes.

Disney Theatricals has a history of... long gestational periods for some of these projects i think particularly because there is a lot of pressure bringing some of these stories to the stage they want to do it right i mean we covered we covered hunchback earlier this year that started in the late 90s right after lion king and it didn't i love

that show

it's so good oh it's just so great

and then uh greatest showman will start in the fall

yeah i i would support that whole heartily i just wondered if hercules was going to come in and take the place of aladdin you know just just like it fizzled out uh yeah and uh I'm on the mailing list because I get these emails from Disney on Broadway plus the New Amsterdam or both.

And a lot of always discounts for Aladdin, you know? And so I'm just thinking, yeah, they're just trying to keep it up as much as they can.

Because it's a big theater, too.

Like even theaters in New York are more quiet.

Why not have Broadway stars come down, promote your Disney on Broadway festival series.

And then, yeah, you have figment.

I mean, making figment your, your painting mascot.

And then there were like a couple tables.

So.

They kind of learned from that, and Festival of the Arts was the first time they actually came to play in that space, and they made that Broadway series, like when you would walk in, it was just totally transformed to this huge Broadway-like showcase, and you would see props and things from each of the Disney on Broadway stuff.

That was great.
