你不好好保护它呢，你啊，哈，即是好容易入水。不过呢，即是阿-阿新师傅讲的原点呢，就是，喂，要做back up，我觉得这件事是很需要，同埋要检视下呢，你的setting。例如他说，呃，他的friend，这个，呃，WhatsApp原来set了做一个礼拜一次。这个呢，其实呢，就真是，我觉得是WhatsApp本身的问题来的，我不，我不知为什么，我都见过有些back up突然之间会转了，你是没有进去里面改任何东西的，但可能某个version的，不知为什么它会为了可能帮你省resources啊，还是什么呀，那么它就back up的时间就短了，令到你会少了一些东西。呐，少东西重不重要呢，这个看人的。我WhatsApp呢，里面呢，大部分，绝大部分都是公事的东西，都其实重要的。那，近年，同埋近年WhatsApp呢，我觉得一样东西好得有点坏的，就是呢，如果你开一个新的group，或者一个新的conversation跟其他人聊天的时候呢，它会呢default set了呢，这个，这个对话呢，呃，keep可能不知，呃，当你一个礼拜那样，它是default set了会自动毁灭的。我不知为什么它这么体贴，为了要和你省位啊，和你自动毁灭。哇，我试过有些message，之前和别人聊开的，没有留意到，咦？ 为什么之后没有了呢？他 set 了不知道二十四小时的，那么那些是 default。不知道为什么，我-我试过近年有-有一两个这些这样的 group。

不是啊，我也，我也试过。不过呢，其实是一个功能来的，就是可能那些朋友自己都不为意，又或者是故意啦，是可以在选 message 的时候呢，选这个阅后即焚的。就是有个，有个按钮呢，写着-

That's what I'm saying.

You know, if two people have differing beliefs and you're not able to have a productive conversation and it just met with pointing fingers at each other or calling names or disapproval.

Ele falou assim, cara, quando nós fizemos o planejamento desse projeto, a nossa ideia era que a gente tivesse a margem X ou Y. X como conservador e Y como otimista.

When you have Marc-Andre Fleury, he played in total in 21 years in the NHL 1,051 games, but 691 of them were with the Penguins.

And I appreciate the bravery of a lot of the people who show cases that did not go well.

And it's a nice atmosphere because there's not judgment within the group and the amount of education that can come from audience discussion, which is an important part of it as well.

And when somebody shows something that didn't go like they planned and they find out when you get to the audience discussion, Discussion part, you're not alone.

Similar things have happened to others and they talk about how to prevent it or how to deal with it when whatever the complication may happen.

And the other people in the audience are just absorbing this information like a sponge because it's a great way to learn is by learning from what others have done, whether it's the great things or the not so great things.
