Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII

My first 5.1 surround sound was Final Fantasy VII Dirge of Cerberus on the PS2.

I don't know if Dirge of Cerberus is Final Fantasy VII related or what, but-

In Dirge, Dirge the sequel, in this game, they are pulled into the main plot line of Final Fantasy VII.

So some of the worst elements of the excesses of the Final Fantasy VII extended universe have been pulled into this game.

With Revelation.

Kinda surprised they didn't do anything with "Dirge of Cerberus" though, like, uh, any sort of, like, re- at least, like, a remaster or something.

Uh, they would have to redo that.

But I mean, I don't really care, but-

Make it "Gears of War" style.

Apparently, this is referencing Dirge of Cerberus.

It's, yeah, for me, it's like, it's a really strong opening with an interesting last 15 minutes.

Often this episode has already gone kind of long.

And again, there's so much to talk about, but it's sandwiching like all this reused content and these horribly meandering cut scenes, like really painfully bad things that would have actual been actual in-game encounters in MGS one are now just relegated to this endless stream of cut scenes.

So that would include Tactics, that would include the, uh, any remakes, any, like, sequels, and that would also include the Final Fantasy VII, uh, Remake trilogy, and Crisis Core.

And, uh, depends on when, [laughs] if I get it, uh, Dir-- if I get a PC to emulate this game, uh, Dirge of Cerberus and, and, uh, and, uh, all, all, all that bullshit.
