agreed yeah yeah i think the problem with it is for reading about what about here he wanted to be a comic book artist at one point didn't that was his sort of aspirational thing and he would draw quite a lot and he in the introduction to that on that same disc he talks about the comic book elements of it and he also that's the cut that says it's in the near future where the original cut didn't it was just kind of in new york and we were sort of led to make up our own mind.

After Schumacher died in 2020, media outlets started reporting the possible existence of an extended cut, with the first rumors being thrown in by American journalist Mark Bernardin, who claimed it to be darker and contain less camp than the theatrical cut.
