And then I realized I'd al- I'd already been buying property.

So I already had, already had 10 properties, social housing stock that I'd purchased for the, throughout the last sort of five-and-a-bit years at the time.

So I knew how to buy property.

I'd sourced property for friends without knowing that was sourcing.

You know, got them some properties.
