Dilijan

I'm born and raised in Russia, but then quite soon went all over the world.

First to study in an international boarding school in Armenia, in the city called Dilijan.

They call it Armenian Switzerland.

And then I came home, built one of the biggest vintage stores in possibly a union space.

And within years, it became a digital nomad destination.

And that's what I have in mind for like, that's how I see maybe Dilijan in the future, maybe Ejavan.

Those are like Armenian towns with 15 to 20,000 people.

They could become digital nomad hubs where you have thousands of Let's say tech remote workers arriving there, living for a while, contributing to the daily life of everyone, then leaving for others to come.

I've been talking about data centers for a long time.

And the only one I saw in the country for a long time was the one in Dilijan that the central bank had built.

And now we have something that we can be proud of.

And bravo.
