Digital native

What helps? I think a lot of us as parents don't really know how and when to talk to our kids about social media.

And if you're like me, you feel like, well, they're digital natives, so they probably understand it better than I do.

Actually, that's not true.

And we're going to take a look at some of the research today about what it means to grow up in a world that you're expected to navigate something and have access to it, but you don't really know how it works, how it shapes what you see, and how to even use it in a healthy way that makes you feel better and not worse.

Ich mein, wenn ich mir Unternehmen anschaue, die nehmen ja teilweise niemanden mehr rein, der nicht durch einen Hackathon durch ist und prompten kann und mal 'n, 'n Start-up in 'ner Stunde über agentische Systeme gebaut hat.

Das heißt, Ding eins ist: Jeder, der gerade nach einem Job sucht, sollte – das ist ja die erste Generation, die Digital Native und AI First in Unternehmen reinkommt und diese Generation muss das mitbringen.

Das Zweite ist, sich wirklich auch mit diesen sekundären Fragestellungen rund um: Wie integriere ich denn das Lernen? Wie mache ich das konzeptionelle Problem Solving? Wir, wir sind ja in so 'ner-- Also wenn ich mir meine Kinder anschaue, die sind's ja einfach gewohnt, auf einen Knopf zu drücken und da kommt was raus und wenn's schlecht ist, dann drücken sie halt auf den Knopf und kommt noch mal was.

[lacht] Ich glaube, das brauchen halt Unternehmen nicht.
