Digital detox

so we have the inside the video is coming out on the 17th and then podcast is coming out on the 21st there you go so look at that how are you doing today

i'm doing very well uh i'm i've just finished working on my most recent kind of like video it was an arg so i've taken the last two days off uh as i'm starting to write my next video so i'm basically kind of doing like a bit of a a tech detox.

I woke up this morning and tried turning on my PC as I do every like first thing every morning and I woke up to me duct taping the power button so I couldn't turn it on in the morning.

So I ended up spending the first two hours without phones or computers and then I just started writing in my notebook because oh my gosh I get distracted.
