First, speaking of the Kiwis out there, Johnny Kapua is a Maori singer from Wellington.

He auditioned for NBC's The Voice season 30, when he sang Die With a Smile by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars.

32, lists both Herriman, Utah, and Wellington, New Zealand as his home.

Kelly Clarkson hit her button right away.

This is the very first song that he sung.

It is Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga.

Oh, what a song to sing.

And Bruno Mars.

did not pick Die With A Smile for his audition song.

You like that slow jam, huh? Well, Diaz, we call him, also won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for co-writing the song Fight For You from the film, you may remember this film, Judas and the Black Messiah.

And recently, his work includes hits like Leave the Door Open with Silk Sonic, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars, Die With a Smile, and Bruno Mars' hit, I Just Might.

So that's D-Mile and some of his many accomplishments.

I'm both grateful and honored that he is the man behind the music on this podcast.

Bruno Mars, her mate, that they did Die With A Smile, the song together, he was doing a romantic radio show.

where he's talking about his music, his new album, and as if it's a radio show, and he's getting people, celebrity friends, to call in and request songs.

I had quite the interesting evening after work on Thursday.
