Because if you look at just the topical analgesic pain relief, just in like North America alone, I think it's like 12 to 18 billion, right.

Just for, you know, those Voltaire and gels and, and a five, three fives bath bombs is like a hundred million dollar market.

Right.

So like, We're not competing with other cannabis companies in that regard.

So anyway, um, I took some medication and I did some exercises and I did actually manage to reduce the pain by quite a lot.

But by the time I'd done all of that and relax the muscles and, um, You know, it was probably about midday by then and I just feel like I lost a whole day of work because then I went and had a nap because I was so tired from the pain and like taking Voltaren and Panadol and I don't know, like I just basically, it was just a big, big, big, big waste of my day.

And then because I had a plan in my head that didn't get to happen, that made it even worse for me because I hate that.

It's like if I plan something and then by means that are beyond my control, the plans don't go to plan, I just lose the plot completely and I don't know what to do with myself.

You fall sick, you are going to work.

You take Panadol, Paracetamol, Brufin, Ibuprofen, Diclofenac.

You take all these painkillers, pain relief, inflammation, all that.

You want to go to work.

The OIG's audit determined that Part D plans paid nearly five hundred eighty-eight million dollars in ineligible payments associated with five former prescription, now over-the-counter, drugs.

The bulk of the improper payments was on generic versions of the topical pain drug Voltaren.

Those medications were prescribed nearly 16 million times during the audit period and account for around five hundred sixty-two million dollars.

The audit blamed the improper payments to outdated FDA data used by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the agency's failure to set a deadline for Part D plans to stop paying for over-the-counter drugs with obsolete prescription-only labels.
