George Cavallo was conducted in Canada's Sports Hall of Fame, the Ontario Sports Hall of Fame, the World Boxing Hall of Fame, member of the Order of Canada, awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee and Diamond Jubilee medals, given a star on Canada's Walk of Fame, appointed to the Order of Ontario, and presented the key to the city of Toronto in 2013.

George died on September the 12th, his 89th birthday, after complications with advanced dementia.

He fought 93 professional fights.

And I hadn't really assisted my dad before that.

He has small jobs here and there, but when he asked me to assist him... doing the Queen's official portrait when she came to Ottawa for her diamond jubilee.

Of course, I said, yeah, for sure, I'll help you with that.

So interesting.

It's the Queen Victoria Fountain replica crown.

The fountain was originally built in 1897 to mark Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.

It's been at Wilstead Manor since 1958.

The crown used to sit on the fountain's roof, but it will now be on permanent display inside the home.

I appreciated your comments regarding cannabis use, but it certainly is growing, and cannabis use disorder is growing as well.

But we had some, I think, exciting news locally that I wanted to share with the audience about is that for 75 years, The FAMU College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Institute of Public Health has transformed lives through education, research, service, and they celebrated their Diamond Jubilee, which was an enduring legacy of excellence with purpose.

You know, you might not, when you think of the health community, one of the peer persons that serve in this way are the pharmacy community, not only in terms of research but distribution.

You've got to pay attention.
