Who is a big part of the sound.

But yeah, it's not for me as consistent as something like Diamond Dogs, for example, which on some days is my favourite of his 70s albums.

And it's interesting as well because it's supposedly about American soul singer Claudia Lanier, is that how you say it, who was also the subject of Brown Sugar.

And if you've seen photos of him from around that time, you may have noticed he occasionally wore an eye patch.

It wasn't another Ziggy style fashion statement.

Uh, I feel David Bowie has, uh, has this as well.

And this would be your low heroes sort of period, maybe even diamond dogs as well.

Um, so a couple of bad boys there.

So think through the Bowie catalog, a lot of albums don't apply at all, um, to, uh, to this sort of concept and some do.

Visconti was very involved in the genesis of glam rock.

And he simultaneously, I mean, at least he manned the boards for the, as far as I know, he did The Man Who Sold the World, but he didn't come back to Bowie until like either Diamond Dogs or Young Americans.

So but so he did that.

And then he was T-Rex's producer for their three or four awesome albums.

Oh, my God.

And it's been name-checked on a ton of songs, from David Bowie's Diamond Dogs to the Ramones' Pinhead, which is where the Ramones' Gabba Gabba thing comes from, is from Google Gobble, to Carlisle Hearst's One of Us, which I felt, I've not listened to Carlisle Hearst, but it felt like a band that you might be familiar with.
