And it's a story that is very much similar to the story of Dexter Taylor, who I had on the channel multiple times.

I had him on the channel while he was going to trial for felony possession of a firearm that he assembled at home through lawfully procured parts.

I had him on after he was convicted.

This is a story that someone says, Vivi, you haven't talked about this story.

And I said, I haven't talked about it because I didn't know it existed until very recently.

And it's the story of Demetrio Daga, a man who, like Dexter Taylor, no criminal record, father, Taxpaying citizen, a value-added citizen to these United States of America, but he's living in the commie state of New York, who assembles firearms at home through lawfully procured components that he buys online.

He is so unabashed about it, he has them ordered and delivered to his home.

There's a story that I don't think many people have heard about.

It's involving a man named Demetrio Daga, who up in Albany, New York, the story very much parallels Dexter Taylor, is a man who was just convicted on 15 counts of owning ghost guns, making his own guns, building an arsenal.

And he's facing decades in jail.

I'm going to have his attorney on on Thursday to talk about it.

And the punchline is they've just convicted him, much like Dexter Taylor, who did the exact same thing, peacefully, lawfully, assembling his own firearms in his own property, in his own home.

I was thinking about our friend, Carbon Mike, also known as Dexter Taylor.

Uh, he w- was sentenced to 10 years in jail for a com- perfectly legal activity that's recognized by our federal government as being a hobbyist activity.

He is, uh, you know, a software developer.

He's a firearms e- enthusiast, and he built them at home as a hobby, which is perfectly legal to do until recently in New York, which decided to flip the national law, a- which I think is a conflict, and that's something that's gonna have to be determined in court at a later date.

And they made it to where if you have a, quote, unquote, "ghost gun," uh, then, uh, you're gonna be just treated worse than the worst felon in the state.

And so even though, even though Dexter Taylor, AKA Carbon Mike, never, ever even so much as took a single one of his own homemade firearms out of his home, ever.

He never even fired them.

Let's talk this: "He was sentenced to a decade in prison for having unlicensed weapons.

Dexter Taylor is now a violent felon, even though his hobby was victimless." That is terrible.

Kelly Noakes says, "I've never heard of Lindsay Clancy ever." Yeah, I, I've heard vaguely about the situation before now, but had not looked into it, and it's just, it's very sad.
