Devon Rex

What a beautiful cat.

So when they see a breed, when they see a Scottish Fold, a Sphinx, a Devon Rex, a...

That's the holy grail.

That's the lottery ticket.

Right.

Great cats.

We've had some Devon Rex's at our shelter.

They're lovely cats.

My cat was known to leap and talk and act more like a dog.

That was a Devon Rex, which I used because I'm actually allergic to cats and they are considered to be one of the anti-allergic animals.

But I just love the fact that my cat behaved more like a dog and was super, super social and actually kind of ran the roost.

My dog thought it was in charge, but really the cat was in charge.

My partner came rushing through the door that night, very excited to tell me Jeremy's story.

We too have a Devon Rex cat of eight years.

Quincy, who has always been an absolute nightmare at night.

We tried everything, automatic feeders, ignoring him and even water guns, which ultimately just turned into more of a midnight game of chase for him.

So, I just personally wanted to say thank you, Jeremy, from the bottom of my heart.

I'm not sure he realised at the time that this story might save a very sleep-deprived family from losing their minds, but it genuinely did.

Please pass on our thanks from one slightly less sleep-deprived mama and one much quieter Devon Rex.

That's from Alicia.

He's getting along great with their, their cat.

Um, they have a Devon Rex, and they were a little bit nervous, like, you know, if, how that would go.

Uh, and it's like- ... going amazing.

And we told her, we're like, "I really think unless your cat's just really against it, he's gonna be good because Scuba Steve's a good boy, and he'll just kinda wait." Um, and it's just going great.
