So if we're trying to articulate the value and importance, how would you articulate that to our audience or somebody that is like, I actually don't care?

I would say easily in terms of its importance, as a leader, as artistic director of an orchestra, it's not my goal to create music.

a bunch of professional musicians, right? If that happens, but being a professional musician or professional artist or dancer, that's something that has to come from within you that you have no choice to do anything else in life.

You've tried, you know, everything.

You've tried refereeing ice hockey, you've tried working at Auntie Anne's, you've tried, yeah, whatever there is.

And that's the only thing you could see yourself doing.

Like you don't have a choice.

but we've taken our kids and we've just kind of said hey let's homogenize them and I'm like man they're all every single person is unique we've talked about this before we've got to really like empower kids to be like let's figure out what that is and light it up because that's where you're going to create that a beautiful Mona Lisa that creative act that's going to just change the world and there's not enough of them out there
