Yeah, I mean, I think, look, you can look at this from the two sides of the coin with any integration.

It's the company being integrated and the integrator and kind of what the objectives are of both sides of that equation.

I think for us at Abiomed, it was the scaling capability that would come with a... giant multinational organization like J&J with the power and capability to actually fuel the mission faster and with more scale geographically as well.

So when I think about those first couple of years, it's how do we build out our team? How do we build out our capacity to expand globally? When you think about Abiomed from an operating model perspective beforehand, The device that we deliver is not a device you take and put in a shelf and you walk away from.

We have to support it with 24-7 clinical care, requires a full infrastructure built out to be in ICUs, to be with that patient while they go through the journey and partner alongside a physician.

So to be able to do that, required a lot of resourcing and time and finance and everything goes with that.

But what about the definition of heart recovery in general? Like how has that evolved across acute to chronic continuum?
