Ray GarvinHOST
21:25
Running back, we got Riley, Lacey, and Isaac Brown.
Ray GarvinHOST
21:29
Scott is saying Deuce Alexander, Riley or Brown, Dylan Riley or Isaac Brown.
Ray GarvinHOST
21:36
And if I were being objective, if I had to say where does Dylan Riley get drafted today, I think he's a round three, four pick.
Ray GarvinHOST
21:44
Isaac Brown, probably a round three kind of guy.
Ray GarvinHOST
24:15
Amari, I think that's his name.
Ray GarvinHOST
24:17
Very good player.
Ray GarvinHOST
24:18
But where are we at? Deuce Alexander.
Ray GarvinHOST
24:22
Yeah, Umari Hatcher out of Syracuse.
Greg McElroyHOST
29:15
Let's go to the weapons.
Greg McElroyHOST
29:16
Their top wide receiver there for the Rebels is Deuce Alexander.
Greg McElroyHOST
29:20
He's the go-to target.
Greg McElroyHOST
29:21
He's got 610 yards.
Greg McElroyHOST
31:25
He also is going to have to close on those short throws to the tight ends.
Greg McElroyHOST
31:28
You also have Rayshon Pleasant.
Greg McElroyHOST
31:31
He has to contest Deuce Alexander on the short and the intermediate throws that Chambliss thrives on.
Greg McElroyHOST
31:37
So don't expect much from Auburn's edge rushers against a line that's been this good.
ColinHOST
56:53
And now they're ranked pretty highly by like all of us.
ColinHOST
57:00
And the first one that jumps out to me on that one is Deuce Alexander.
ColinHOST
57:04
He's taken a little bit of a step back over the last couple of weeks, but I still really think he's helped himself.
ColinHOST
57:12
I think he's a top 50 pick now at this point.

TristanUNKNOWN

So the system that we have in place, basically it takes tiers of the rankings, QB 30 to 60, or 31 to 60, 21 to 40, 21... 1 to 40 for wide receiver as well, 11 to 20 for tight end, and kind of steps down from that and gives points based off of where they were ranked if they were a hit increasing the further away from the 30, 20, 10 thresholds that they were.
TristanUNKNOWN
91:41
We also give a bonus if you finished inside the top five at a specific position now.
TristanUNKNOWN
91:50
uh as well as an extra bonus if they are the number one player at any specific position which we had one of those last week that i will mention in one moment and then there is a long shot bonus which is an another bonus on top of uh that if you pick somebody outside the top 75 for quarterback running back wide receiver or top 50 for tight end and they um uh and they hit inside the top 10 so like a massive um uh boom week which we had two of in the past uh there's an extra bonus for that so some bonuses available uh rewarding people for shooting from deep um and then we had three of our biggest uh noted um point getters deuce alexander was one of your first ones austin uh i believe was the second highest point getter um jonah's walton for colin was just behind um deuce alexander or maybe even they had the same number of points i don't have the individual uh totals up for that week and then this last week card a mac running back 55 for austin was his selection and he finished as the rb1 on the week so i didn't
Austin NaceHOST
93:12
realize that oh i didn't know i didn't
Mel Kiper Jr.GUEST
16:52
These guys were the big-time weapons for him that aren't there anymore.
Mel Kiper Jr.GUEST
16:57
Now, Deuce Alexander's played really well.
Mel Kiper Jr.GUEST
16:59
I agree on that.
Mel Kiper Jr.GUEST
17:00
But let's face it, the rest of that group isn't what it was last year.
CJ FrielHOST
52:26
And again, maybe we would be getting closer to the point where if it was just my big board, he's getting closer to a fringe first round consideration.
CJ FrielHOST
52:35
At the 208, Deuce Alexander, the wide receiver for Ole Miss, who bounced back from his first truly bad game of the season with eight receptions, 87 yards on 12 targets.
CJ FrielHOST
52:45
Alexander is primarily thought of as a deep threat, but in this game, roughly half of his yards did come from after the catch, and Alexander continues to show a really good job of making defenders miss.
CJ FrielHOST
52:55
I don't think he's nearly as special as this player was at the college football level, and so that always needs to be made clear.
CJ FrielHOST
53:02
I'm not even saying physically it's a worse version, a poor man's version of the comparison.
CJ FrielHOST
53:07
I don't really know how they stack up physically.
CJ FrielHOST
53:08
I would guess that Deuce Alexander is just a little bit slower.
CJ FrielHOST
53:12
But maybe it's the number one that's throwing me for a loop.
Cory KinnanHOST
33:45
What's the wide receiver situation looking like? Could get a shifty little slot receiver.
Cory KinnanHOST
33:51
I think Deuce Alexander in that offense with T. Higgins to Mark Chase running all over the field would be fun.
James FosterHOST
33:56
Yeah.
Cory KinnanHOST
34:02
Do you know what? Let's just take the best offensive player available.

James FosterHOST
45:04
That'll probably be one of the first tapes I watch.
James FosterHOST
45:06
I haven't gotten to start tape yet this week.
James FosterHOST
45:10
Buffalo Bills, that leaves it perfectly for the Bills to take Deuce Alexander.
James FosterHOST
45:20
I like Chris Marshall more as a talent.
TJ WengertHOST
22:33
But also, this is going to be a really good year to draft a receiver on day two.
TJ WengertHOST
22:36
With this team staring Deuce Alexander, Amari Thomas, Wesco, Mike Matthews.
TJ WengertHOST
22:42
Jackson Harris has been playing well from LSU.
TJ WengertHOST
22:44
There's going to be some good options.

23 MINS LATER

Steve LetiziaHOST
45:49
Just one, because I think it makes sense because of Sam Porter being gone.
Steve LetiziaHOST
45:53
And two, just to give Lions fans a different look rather than another corner.
TJ WengertHOST
45:59
yeah no I'm with you and I'm kind of team Jamari Johnson from the get I do like trade his green a lot and frankly I think Trevor's got his the right board here where they're they're pretty close and really just comes down to little minutiae detailed differences that maybe you like one guy more than the other but like specifically and this is a the reason you draft a guy but it could be the tiebreaker like specifically if this team wanted to use like a fullback like Jamari Johnson would be such a fun wrinkle in this offense just kind of hide him it's like a lined up fullback or something like that and you just can't do that with six seven trade as green like he sticks out like it's like the reason jacob lordy can't be bond he's six five you can't be a secret spy you know secretive and sleuth around when you're six five so i kind of like jamari johnson because i think that would be there's a lot they could do with him and honestly that drew petzing i was bullish on him as the oc i felt like he was a little hamstrung with some of the pieces there in arizona but he was such a good fit for what detroit was going to try to do uh so i i love that that offense is finding its stride right now all right now cleveland browns we went quarterback was that 14 right uh yeah with austin simmons kind of got bailed out there here all of a sudden like the value of some of these guys looks a whole lot better and frankly i'm kind of i might just go gooseby here i've never been a big titus howard guy and frequently i think his better place for my guard if anything so do you just draft and stash gooseby and just wait for a year um Deuce Alexander could be a lot of fun.
TJ WengertHOST
47:18
KJ Duff, frankly.
ColinHOST
54:46
And now they're ranked pretty highly by like all of us.
ColinHOST

ColinHOST
55:04
I think he's a top 50 pick now at this point.

TristanUNKNOWN
89:53
And then there is a long shot bonus, which is another bonus on top of that if you... pick somebody outside the top 75 for quarterback, running back, wide receiver, or top 50 for tight end, and they hit inside the top 10, so like a massive boom week, which we've had two of in the past, there's an extra bonus for that.
TristanUNKNOWN
90:20
So some bonuses available, rewarding people for shooting from deep, And then we had three of our biggest noted point getters.
TristanUNKNOWN
90:34
Deuce Alexander was one of your first ones, Austin.
TristanUNKNOWN
90:37
He, I believe, was the second highest point getter.
Colin DeckerHOST
56:53
And now they're ranked pretty highly by like all of us.
Colin DeckerHOST
57:00
And the first one that jumps out to me on that one is Deuce Alexander.
Colin DeckerHOST
57:04
He's taken a little bit of a step back over the last couple of weeks, but I still really think he's helped himself.
Colin DeckerHOST
57:12
I think he's a top 50 pick now at this point.

DustinGUEST
10:14
So it is what it is with that.
DustinGUEST
10:16
So like, I think that when I look at this Ole Miss team, like I am worried about the defensive backs and who in the world is going to attempt to guard Deuce Alexander.
DustinGUEST
10:25
43 receptions already, 610 yards, five tutties.
DustinGUEST
10:28
The kid's dynamic.
