So they seem to be cooperating then and getting somebody else to investigate.

And that's a smart thing to do.

I don't feel like he should have got involved with anything unless the mayor wanted to pursue charges about the young man, the activist, whoever who posted those pictures of the mayor and her ex and about what was alleged that was going on.

Why did he need to be involved? And why did he make a call with that young man to say, I'm doing this as his first name and not under Detroit Police Department as a police chief? He was talking about, well, I'm speaking to you as a father with daughters.

Okay, was that your daughter? Now, Forrest Sheffield, who is Mayor Mary Sheffield's father, would have called that young man, okay, that's as a dad speaking.

But the police chief, he shouldn't have been nowhere involved.
