Then I'll be in Dallas, November 14th and the 15th in Fairhope, Virginia.

And then also after Fairhope, I'm going to Destin, Florida.

So it's going to be cool.

Actually, I'm going to start in Destin and then going over Fairhope.

A lot of driving.

I want to meet a lot of people, hopefully all of them in person.

Wow.

A 12-year-old kid, he was from Florida, the Panhandle, Florida area, like around Destin.

And he came with his mom.

He came to the one in Orlando.

One thing I used to tell people, okay, here's a real life example.

When I was in Destin, there were like 57, there still are, there's a million of these freaking vacation rental companies.

And they manage people's second homes and they get them rented out, you know, the property management companies, you know, for short-term rentals.

In a tourist town, they're freaking everywhere and there's like 75 of them and they all wanted to work with us.

I know this industry.

That's why people keep calling us because we're good at it and we specialize in it.

So do I work with your competitors? Sure, but there's also millions of people that are coming and booking, you know, homes and condos and rentals here in Destin.

So I think there's eyeballs and leads to be captured for everybody, right? You know, like the town will sell out at many times, you know? And so why are you worried about that? They're capturing millions of eyeballs, but so will you.

And so she's like, okay, let me check around.

Gulf Shores can't take you.

Orange Beach can't take you.

Destin can't take you.

I said, do you have any sister properties anywhere close enough where this trip can be salvaged? And she said, okay, if you're okay with that, I'll make some calls.
