Dessert wine

So they do a lot of testing and then a lot of people like that spice and they'll put it in any flavor I have.

And I have like 10 or 15 sweet wines here.

So first I was going to put it in all of them and I was like, no, I won't put it in the right thing.

I'll just let people put it in themselves.

I'm a Texas girl.

So, yeah, I do.

So I guess those are my favorite ones to make for the sweet wines.

And then I guess specialty wines, I would call them.

And you asked a question that was on the tip of my tongue.

Like if we shared a brain, you said, oh, one of the wines that we were trying was a sweet wine, which I have never had a sweet wine in my life.

This was delicious.

It was very fascinating learning about how they're made and how much effort goes into making a sweet wine.

Like so much more effort than your old regs, Bordeaux blend.

I don't

know if that's for all sweet wines, but for the one we had, it was definitely that.
