Russia fired 39 ballistic missiles and over 120 drones against energy and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the wider Kyiv Oblast, and Kharkiv yesterday.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said at least three people were killed and another 22 injured as a result of a Russian strike that hit a residential building in the Desnianskyi District in the east of the city and power plants elsewhere across the capital that left, as I've said, at least 600,000 people without power.

Across the country as a whole, 10 were killed and nearly 100 injured yesterday.

President Zelenskyy said the strike was entirely deliberate and demonstrative in its scale.

Kyiv was attacked several times during the night and morning.

Drone debris fell in the Dniprovskyi District, and a fire started at a non-residential building in the Desnianskyi District.

Later, a Russian drone hit the Pivnichni bridge again, damaging the road and a heating main.

Two people were injured.
