I think the one runner who was able to get away with it and still have a good result, 2018 Des Linden Boston Marathon, stopped and waited for... shalane flanagan fellow professional athlete they were doing the pushing each other to do the boston marathon together and flanagan had to stop for a bathroom break so des stopped with her it was raining it was windy one of those days where you want someone with you so she's basically like kind of just shuffled waiting for flanagan to finish and then flanagan came back out for a potty or from a bathroom break and then they kept on running the race and And Lyndon went on to actually win the whole thing.
