Design sprint

Marcin? Yeah, the second book is called Sprint by Jake Knap.

And this is a description of how to run Design Sprint.

And DesignSprints were born at Google, as far as I remember, about 16 years ago or something like that.

That was five days format of workshops for product discovery, like experimentation, testing day, the business idea in five days.

So we could have a clear decision.

Sprint written by Jake Knapp was Design Sprint 2.0.

It was four days, a bit shorter, but the idea is roughly the same to put the people that are working on the product in one room.

force them actually through the set of workshops set of assignments to align together on one goal prototype it and test with users right but what this book actually taught me is that the whole process is as i said set of workshops of smaller things that uh our sequence uh going to the bigger goal right and also what i learned when i because this book taught me how to facilitate design sprints i was facilitating a lot of them but also inspired me that we can design workshops every time and we should adjust every time the methods that we are using in general, not only workshops to our goal.
