But the one I wanted to get into with Dive a little bit was One Finger and a Fist.

I thought that was kind of a cool – uh title because you never know where titles and we mentioned about lyrics making the song but the titles as much catch people's attention and i will say what was cool about that you got any time any place which really set the tone for that album

yeah man we had some intense moments um every now and then coming out of an intense situation i would say uh you know and we expressed that through music so anytime in a place man i'll be right there waiting kind of a fight song it's like you just name the time and place man um you know not that i'm in that personally headspace now or any of us man you know, we, you know, like we said, those, you know, good patches and rough patches.

And it's usually, you know, again, business things, people in the past, past management labels that kind of inspire things like that.

Yeah, you know, we were in a position that just straight up, you know, here we are, you know, we got Jason... we're in on the van and we got new label and management there are every you know we think everything's going smooth with ryan and we just we took that break um so things are broken again you know it's kind of pretty literal from what we were going through at the time but uh i think everybody like you just said can it can you know relate to that you know you think everything's going smooth and the real falls off we're getting like oh man I'm

going to go back to a little bit old school here too, man, and just kind of probably strike some nerves here.
