Derek Sarno

It's so frustrating.

Obviously, I was sort of on the magazine for the big boom that we had, you know, Derek Sarno, doing all these amazing things with Tesco and you know he wrote a column for us and it was just like wow it's happening this is absolutely brilliant all the supermarkets were competing and you know with these huge plant-based sections and then seeing how that sort of we've gone from that peak to a bit of a dip and now it's kind of this readjustment period I think for a lot of us it's been well for all vegans it's been quite frustrating and everyone that I meet even if it's in the hairdressers or you know wherever it's But it's all UPF isn't it you know vegan food isn't healthy it's like you realize that you know some people have been vegan well cultures have been vegan for thousands of years they haven't been eating ultra processed food we're just very lucky to now have the option to be able to buy a burger if we want it without having to make it from black beans or whatever.

it's convenience.

And as a meat eater, you have that convenience as a choice.
