And as the name suggests, it features two neighboring farmers, both named Derek.

Derek Banbury is a dairy farmer horrified at the devastation caused by his neighbor, rewilding fanatic Derek Gow, a former sheep farmer who wants to turn his land into an oasis for wildlife.

Hugh and Louise went along to the Curzon Cinema in Mayfair to take a look.

I mean, o- one of the ironies, I suppose, of it is that the both of the men in this film, both of the Dereks are actually running [laughs] successful businesses.

They've just chosen to do that in a different way.

Um, Hu- Hugh is right that some of the stuff that Derek Gow is doing i- is amazing and this, you know, breeding up of species and then releasing them into suitable habitats is fantastic.

And I did find it really interesting that they, um, have got a schools project, well, a project with children coming up, and, um, they are gonna give selected children a p- a pair of harvest mice and teach them, show them how to rear them so that they, they then breed, and then they will bring them back to Derek Gow, um, after a year, and they will then be released into suitable habitats.
