That is after the fact notice, after you have unconstitutionally seized somebody's property, and Judge Kelly could not have been more clear about it.

That's a due process violation, just like, and I don't want to trail off into other issues, when they grabbed Abrego Garcia, And they didn't give him notice and opportunity to be heard.

His due process rights under the Fifth Amendment, they stuffed him on a plane and sent him to a prison in El Salvador on our tax dollars.

And they arranged to have him jailed, imprisoned, even though he had been convicted of no crime.

And so that's what's at stake there is, you know, and I think Judge Wilkinson from the Fourth Circuit in the Abrego-Garcia case, you know, comparable case, said the federal courts can-- this is untenable.

This would be a loophole that the government could exploit all the time, is rush people out of the country, put them in a foreign prison, and then wipe their hands of it.

The courts cannot allow this.

Erez was the lawyer for the Department of Justice in the Abrego Garcia case, and Erez refused to lie to a federal court when his superiors really wanted him to not be, uh, truthful about what-

He was fired for it.

And one of the quotes from the immigration attorneys that was interviewed for this article, for this analysis, I think – points to kind of the situation here uh sort of uh this this immigration attorney said they're in such a hurry to kick people out and expel people from the united states they aren't actually looking at the legality of some of the stuff i think in this case the trump administration they're basically saying that asking forgiveness is easier than asking permission so like in the in the cases of these uh violations of these court orders not to deport these individuals They're just running – some of them are probably clerical errors where someone has gotten an order to be deported, but there's some kind of miscommunication.

But some of them I think the Trump administration is probably deporting them despite the court order, and this happened with Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man, so to speak, who has been deported and ordered return multiple times.

And the Trump administration was like racing to get reportedly racing to get him on a plane before the initial during the initial court fight before an actual written block on his deportation could be entered into the record.

So, yeah, I think they are doing this.
