Because Benzel's been there a long time.

He actually has a lot of sway in that organization, more than his title would say.

I know a bunch of people who, you know, you start with the senior vice president of finance who has the importance of the safety and welfare of the business enterprise for his responsibility.

And, of course, the general manager, Mickey Loomis, is concerned about the risk of the entire organization, as is the president of the organization, Dennis Lauscha.

Mrs. Benson, the owner, obviously it's her club, it's her asset, and she's always concerned about the risks that are involved.

And then you go down to just even the assistant equipment manager, making sure that the equipment is in its best shape as possible and the trainers.
