They must not make enough money on it, because remember when Publix had picks? Does

anybody remember picks? In Deltona, when I lived in Deltona, right off of Montecito, right by the Beefo Brady's, there was a gas station, and it was called Publix Picks.

And you'd go inside of it, and they'd have an amazingly awesome magazine rack.

I'm talking surfer, surfing, skateboard, thrasher, any of the cool magazines you wanted.

It was gas, drinks, amazing magazines, and Pub Subs.

Yeah, well, that seems like a business model that would be thriving here.

And then they caught somebody at that Deltona one

pissing in the Mountain Dew.

Innovation plays at University tonight.

Deltona's looking to get to a 3-0 start as they battle tonight.

And if we didn't mention your school, there's a whole bunch of games going on.

Can't mention everybody.

So first off, like, is this your first property? Have you bought properties before? What's your portfolio look like?

Um, so my first property I ever purchased, uh, was in, uh, Deltona, Florida.

First time I owned the property, and then decided to put in, over the course of two years of living there, six different roommates to help me pay the mortgage.

Um, then moved to the west coast of Florida, um, purchased a home.

However, it changed our household income.

Mm-hmm.

So that changes what we would qualify for, um, which kind of also alludes to the question of how do I leverage Deltona, the, the first property I purchased, to maximize the kind of purchase that I could buy as the next bigger home without being house poor.

Um, on top of that is there's also my retirement, which is a very touchy, feel like, trigger word for people, but I plan on using property and investing as retirement in the future.

You talk about Andrea always picking up pizza versus delivery because she's cheap.

But listen, man, I used to deliver pizza, uh, around Deltona, and I'll tell you, I'm the same way.

I go pick it up for a couple of reasons.

Number one, I don't want anybody messing with my pizza in their car.

Deputies took him down in Altamont.

He's from Deltona.

Then went to Volusia.

Oh, the other way? Yeah.
