Deleted scene

yeah we're an hour 15 in when you get when you get todd making orgasm climax jokes like that has to be like that in my head that's the signal of like okay we gotta like

and and we can all agree that is the end of this episode recap obviously we're gonna we're gonna do our segments but before we get to that this is not this is not part of this episode recap but it's another thing i wanted to to bring up um Okay, so in looking at the DVD scenes for the music and everything, I realized like, oh, I want to check out the deleted scenes that they have available on the DVDs.

I've been meaning to do that.

But I finally was like, okay, for season four, I'm going to watch the deleted scenes.

Okay.

So there were not any deleted scenes from this episode, episode two.

But there were a couple scenes deleted from episode one.

Can I tell you about them? Because they add a lot to the last episode.

Monument Releasing is a sister company of the worldwide sales company Visit Films and the film incubator Pretty Ideas.

On the disc itself, we're going to have deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes video, storyboards, artist Q&As with Ira Glass and David Ferrier, filmmaker commentary, and a director essay.

Did you ever get to see this documentary?

No, but is that the Ira Glass from This American Life?

This one says a family with buried secrets reunite at a farmhouse after two decades to pay for their past sins.

This one's starring Robert Patrick.

We got a behind-the-scenes feature at Deleted Scenes and a booklet with new writing by Amber T.

Have you seen What Josiah Saw?

expensive.

Well, we'll find out in the deleted scenes, maybe.

Oh, shit.

But, but, so when we initially met Jim's father, I thought for sure that that was just Jim and they had, like Dad said, maybe like put some chalk on his face or something.

And it's

only an hour and 26 minutes.

So they had a lot of deleted scenes.

You know, I think my dad actually stumbled across my favorite one earlier, if I can go first.

Chainsaw Symphony, interview with composer Steve Jabalinski.

Chainsaw Redux, Making a Massacre, The Making of Documentary, Ed Gein, The Ghoul of Plainfield Documentary, Severed Parts Documentary, Deleted Scenes, Behind the Scenes Feature and Cast and Crew Interviews, TV Spots, Theatrical Trailers, Aspect Ratio 185 to 1, and Audio English DTS HD 5.1 Surround and LPCM 2.0 Stereo, and Optional English Hard of Hearing Subtitles.

This is going to be an absolutely epic set.

Obviously, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003 comes with that wave of remakes that we got in the early 2000s of classic horror films.

Thanks, Alexa.

There's an extra deleted scene, secret scene, however you want to call it, this week.

And it's with Jelly and Ori.

And she's asking him what a date with him would be like.

scene

but uh he ended up on the cutting room floor and he said you deleted scenes but the scene is in the script we shot it there's a still from it in the book and that's the story behind the story

i love and and again you know it's hard to say there's a bad cut in the movie, because everything makes sense of why it was cut from the movie.

I always loved the peanut brittle scene, but I definitely understand for time.

Not in this case, but you know I love reading shows, so I'm very excited for my copy.

And also, by the way, the DVDs with bloopers and deleted scenes are also out.

People have been posting all of the deleted scenes, which I have been avoiding like the plague because I also pre-ordered those and I want to see them again.

On my own TV, you know, in high def, not these like people recording their television.

If you don't want to see those, stay away from social media.

All right.

What about deleted scenes? Um, for me it's, like, uh, what happened to the neighbors? [laughs] Especially at the end when the actual neighbors saw what was going on.

Like, did they just watch? Were they affected, too? Did they move? What happened?

Yes.

Ugh.

Yeah, I would say.

I guess for me, deleted scenes, like, it, it made it a little too fun house-y when, like, he went upstairs and unlocked the door and was like-

Right
