Are there any other parts of the Democrat Party that when you're in the Delaware Senate specifically that you've seen move the needle in Delaware?

Well, when I served in the state Senate in Delaware as a Democrat, elected in 2008, served through the end of 2012, the legislative hall in Dover has changed significantly.
