Well.

Delaware County auditor records show Muhammad and a woman named Hoda Adhiz bought a nearly $587,000 home on Heather Ridge Drive in October 2025.

And the records list an owner occupancy credit.

And that credit applies to a person's main residence.

That's problematic because Delaware County is not in his district.

So his opponent, Bernadine Kennedy Kent, challenged his voter registration.

And the week before the hearing, Muhammad changed his registration from one in-district address to another.

The second, the revised filing, is it also outside of the district, the second residence he identified?

It's booming.

Yeah, it's Franklin County, Delaware County, Knox County, Marion County.

It's everywhere.

So it's all over Central Ohio.

Tamela Dutcher, who's 55, was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after she was gunned down by two men as she sat on the couch inside of her Delaware County home last week.

That's according to the Russ affidavit.

Her daughter, Brianna Dutcher, and the two men identified as her boyfriend, Christian Evans, who's 20, and his roommate, Dejimus Payne, who's 21, have now all been indicted on the murder charge.

So just after midnight on Friday, August 14th, the deputies in Delaware County, Ohio, received a 911 call reporting that someone had been shot.

The caller was a man named Neal King, and he had said that someone had just shot his wife, 55-year-old Tamela Dutcher.

as much for cities as it is for police officers and rank and file as well.

Sarah, you had a story last week about an ad being aired on behalf of Senator John Husted and it's caused controversy because it features a video of a horrific crash that happened in Delaware County recently.

Tell me about that.

Yeah, so this ad aired earlier this summer, and I'm told it's run its course, although I will note that it is still on YouTube and the National Republican Senatorial Committee, which aired the ad, they were the ones behind it.

Now, let me tell you how it gets even a little bit more topsy-turvy.

October 2025, in the middle of that reporting gap, Muhammad buys a house in Delaware County.

Keep in mind, Franklin County and then Delaware County is above it.

He buys a house for $587,000, $528,300 mortgage, $58,700 down in cash.

I'm surprised it wasn't $90,000.
